Driving on a country road I see a fully inflated tire with great tread off to the side.
I pick it up because it seems a waste and it's unsightly. My garage man says he can't use it because it's 7 years old.
Then I would have to pay him $20 to take it off my hands. Land o'goshen!
He has to pay to throw it away he says.
I finally gave it to a stinky hillbilly.
I have had similar experience that replacement is cheaper than repair..
The trickle up of high fuel costs will set in soon.. inflation will be rampant.
